How far in advance should I order my invitations?
Please follow our turnaround policies when ordering your invitations and birth announcements. We strive to get your orders out in a timely manner, but with some items, such as custom orders, each order depends on the complexity of the order, current stock of materials and size of order.
Turnaround:
Wedding Invitations
Wedding Invitations and their accessories have a turnaround time of 4-6 weeks from the day you place your order. This time varies due to complexity of design and number ordered. It also depends on the promptness of the clients responses to proof approvals and other questions When and Where Invitations may have.
Photo Cards
Photo Cards have a turnaround time of one to two weeks from the day you place your order. This time varies due to complexity of design and promptness of the clients response to approval and other questions When and Where Invitations may have.
Invitations and Announcements
Other invitation and announcements have a turnaround time of one to two weeks. This time varies due to complexity of design and promptness of the clients response to approval and other questions When and Where Invitations may have.

Do you have rush service available?
We do offer rush service on an as needed basis. If you need your invitations before the turnaround times, please contact us at whenandwhereinvites@hotmail.com BEFORE placing your order to see if we can accommodate your special requests. A rush service fee may be applied to your order.
Do you offer samples of your products?
We do offer samples of our products and encourage you to do so. However, because our samples are free, we have a maximum sample request of three invitations per person. Please contact us at whenandwhereinvites@hotmail.com with the names of the products you wod like samples of. We can not guarantee that the samples you request will be in the colors you choose. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Do you offer proofs of products?
At When and Where Invitations, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. After placing your order, we will send a complimentary digital proof within 24-48 hours. Once the proof is approved, the printing process begins. We do not offer printed proofs.
What is the minimum order?
Each invitation has a different minimum order that will be listed on the product description page. After the minimum order is met, you can order.
Photos:
Uploading photos for photo cards Email your picture in jpeg, .png or .gif form. We will crop and edit to enhance the quality of the picture. For best rests, send a picture directly from your digital camera. One from an online photo album such as Shutterfly or Snapfish or from a CD you have received from a photo lab will be of low resolution resting in a fuzzy picture. If you have questions about the photo you would like to use, please email it to our design team and someone will contact you with more information. If you wish to use a professionally taken photograph, please obtain a signed copyright release from the photographer for your own personal records. Please read our copyright indemnification below.
Copyright Indemnification
Purchaser agrees to hold harmless When and Where Invitations for all costs, expenses, attorney's fees or judgments resting from any claims or lawsuit made against When and Where Invitations for any grounds claiming that the work produced violates any copyright or proprietary right of any person or entity.
I like a design, but need it in different colors, can you do that?
On most designs, we can accommodate this request. Please contact When and Where Invitations at whenandwhereinvites@hotmail.com with the details of your special requests and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
Can I cancel my order?
Completed orders are non-refundable. If you have received a proof and wish to cancel your order, you are subject to a 25% fee of the total order.
Returns and Refunds.
Returns and refunds will be made on an individual basis.
Errors.
Typos and errors made by When and Where Invitations will be corrected immediately at no charge to the customer. Errors made by the customer will be corrected at the customer’s expense. This includes typos and errors APPROVED by the customer after the proof has been accepted by the customer. Discounts may be implemented on an individual basis. Contact us for more information.
Shipping.
The shipping method primarily used by When and Where Invitations is the USPS. If you wish to use a different method, please contact us with your special request.
Payment.
We currently accept personal checks, money orders and Paypal (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Paypal funds.) If paying by check or money order, please be aware that there may be a longer processing time for your order.
Do I need to have a Paypal account to use a credit card?
No. You can pay securely through Paypal’s website without using an account or signing up for one.
Privacy
