I had the pleasure of working on a very special custom Cinderella invitation for a precious little girl. Sydney’s third birthday is fast approaching, and her momma contacted When & Where for a special request. She wanted something luxurious. Something unique. Something stunning. She wanted to use a little bling but not too much to make it gaudy and she wanted a glass slipper. She HAD to have a slipper. It’s the focus of a Cinderella story, after all.
What did we come up with? After careful thought, we thought the only way to make a Cinderella inspired invitation was by making a pillow to place the beautiful slipper on, just like how it was presented to Cinderella. What else? We made a pocket on the front of the invitation to put the actual invitation in and finished it off with a rhinestone buckle and ribbon. We are very proud of the results.
